We had the standard studio which was pet-friendly and newly renovated with all facilities covered. We had a laptop-compatible safe, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The location of the hotel was magnificent and incredible - not too far from Dunedin Botanic Garden.

Lovely place to stay 1 mile away from Dunedin Botanic Garden. The rooms with a balcony and a big comfortable bed and the bedroom. Comfortable location, within walking distance of everywhere.

I recently stayed at a motel in Dunedin and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even offering me some milk for the complementary tea, coffee, and chocolate selection. I also appreciated the convenient parking and close proximity to the CBD. The motel was serviced daily, and I enjoyed the added benefits of free WiFi and access to newspapers. Plus, there were plenty of fast food outlets and restaurants within walking distance. I was impressed by the apartment-style accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the main center, railway station, and botanic gardens. It was also in the heart of the student quarter, which provided a unique atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. the continental breakfast provided was plentiful and reasonably priced.
There were some issues with the room itself, such as worn and battered fittings, which indicated its age and tiredness. The noise from the steps and the nearby rubbish truck was quite disruptive, especially in the early morning.

I arrived at night in the winter, the car park was well lite up and it clear as to where the Office was. The reception was very welcoming and friendly. The drapes in my unit were pulled and the heater on making my arrival very warm and inviting. In the morning you still got the friendly welcome and it felt like nothing was a problem. A great stay all in all.
